The official languages of the Congress are Spanish, Portuguese and English, but the abstracts, posters and presentation slides must be in English. We also encourage to speak in English during the communications to facilitate understanding among all the participants.

Oral communication Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of questions & answers. Time will be strictly controlled by the session moderator. The presentations should be prepared in a compatible format PPT or PDF, and they will be projected using a computer with Windows operating system. The authors needing other operating systems or to use their own laptop should contact the Secretariat of the Congress in advance.

Poster Poster size should be A0 format (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high). All posters will be exhibited in the poster area within the exhibition hall and presenters will receive the poster code number before the meeting. Posters will always be on display, but each Coffee Break will be focused on specific session, when authors are invited to stand in front of their poster (check the program to find your coffee break-topic). Moreover, you can expose your poster during the “Pitch-Poster Session” Thursday 20th from 17h to 18h. This session will be open to everybody who wants to present his/her poster in an oral in only 2 minutes. For this short speech, you can prepare 2-3 slides (or even 1). You only must register in this short form.

Neither the organizers nor the conference center have the facilities to print your poster. You can contact a copy in the city centre to print your poster. Please contact the organising committee in advance if needed.
